Liberty CL Recruitment is absolutely delighted to be partnering with our client seeking a Brand Ambassador to work in their iconic store on the Strand.

The hours available are:

  • 2 days / 16 hours contract – weekend shifts – £9,200 – £9,600 P/A

OR

  • 3 days / 24 hours contract – weekend shifts + one week day – £13,800 – £14,400 P/A

The main purpose of this role is to offer a high-level of customer service and brand knowledge, working as part of the engaging front of house team.

Your duties as part of this beautiful store will include;

  • Meeting, greeting and interacting with customers throughout the store to ensure an all-round positive and immersive experience,
  • Delivering world class customer service and demonstrating great passion for the brand,
  • Offering advice and guidance on the different products available,
  • Producing samples and conducting world-renowned masterclasses,
  • Stocking shelves and helping to receive and put out deliveries.

As an individual, it is essential that you have strong face to face customer service experience and that you are a positive and confident person.

Your hours will be between 10.30am and 7pm.There will also be ad hoc store events where you may need to start earlier or finish later on these occasions.
